Indian Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon, in an exclusive interview with the official “All India Radio,” said the terror group now has a new website and funds are freely flowing into it.

He added that Islamabad is indulging in propaganda to divert attention from the real issues of action against the terrorists and terror-groups.

Demanding credible action taken by Pakistan against the perpetrators of the Mumbai carnage, Menon said that India “wants results.” Menon added that though the world is much more united this time against terrorism, “unless Pakistan dismantles the terror-infrastructure on its soil completely, the menace will continue in one or other form.” Last month, the UN Security Council had placed sanctions on Jamaat-ud-Dawa, the front organization of banned Lashkar-e-Toiba, responsible for terror attacks on Mumbai.

Rejecting Pakistans call of Joint Commission to probe Mumbai attacks, the Indian foreign secretary said that on several occasions in the past evidence were shared with Pakistan, “but no results emerged.” He added that even the Indo-Pak Joint-Anti Terror mechanism had not yielded any results.

The Indian foreign secretary also stated that the world has an “obligation” that those responsible for these attacks must face “full force of law and should be brought to face Indian Justice System.” Responding to a question, the foreign secretary mentioned that Pakistan must give the guarantee that there will be no further terror attacks from its soil not only against India but against any country in the world.
