“The concept of well equipped, high-end fitness clubs is restricted to the main metro cities. With the launch of Anytime Fitness, we would like to bring the very best standards for fitness and wellness to metros and beyond,” said Crispin Lamont, chief executive of Anytime India Fitness.

The chain, which will currently start operations in the national capital, Pune, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Mumbai and Ludhiana, aims to create a network of 250 clubs in India in three years through ownership and franchises.

The company brings with it a unique concept of “One price-One membership-One world”. Thus, at one standard rate across India, members can avail of the gym’s facilities anywhere across the 1,200 clubs in the world.

“With a scientific approach, best equipment and state-of-art interiors, Anytime Fitness arrives in India with an aim to provide the masses with affordable yet world class fitness,” added Lamont.

Anytime Fitness is present in 48 US states, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
