Yes Bank opens branch in Kerala

Thiruvanathapuram : The country’s fourth largest private sector bank, Yes Bank, opened its flagship state-of-the-art branch in the state capital Thursday.

Minister of state for Finance K.M. Mani inaugurated the branch.

Speaking on the occasion, Yes bank’s group president Sonu Bhasin said that the bank was committed to further strengthen its financial infrastructure in the state through its branch here, offering comprehensive financial solutions, specifically catering to the requirements of this region.

Currently Yes Bank has 331 branches in country at 200 locations and plans to strengthen its presence in Kerala with a set-up in Kochi shortly.

The high-tech branch in Thiruvananthapuram showcases cutting edge banking technologies and hopes to transform its branches from being mere transaction outlets to ‘Service Oriented Advisory Centres’, thus shifting the focus from providing plain vanilla transactions to high-end value added services.
