Islamabad: The Taliban have killed 21 Pakistani security personnel whom they abducted a few days ago from a check post, a media report said Sunday.
Their bodies, riddled with gun shot wounds, were found in Hassan Khel area near Peshawar.
The militant group claimed responsibility for the killing, Xinhua quoted the Geo TV as saying.
On Wednesday night, the Taliban attacked two check posts near Peshawar, killing two security personnel and kidnapping 23 others. Two of them had escaped from their custody.
