Lucknow: Rihai Manch has welcomed the decision by the UP High Court to reject the PIL filed against UP Government’s decision to release innocents falsely accused of terrorism.
SR Darapuri of Rihai Manch has said that now the Samajwadi Party’s government has no hurdle to get these innocents released soon. “If the government still delay the release then that means that they are trying to protect guilty IB and ATS officers who are the culprits in destroying the lives of these innocents,” said Darapuri.
Indian National League’s national president Mohammad Sulaiman and Rihai Manch’s president Advocate Mohammad Shoaib said that from the response of the government counsel in the court it appears that SP government is not sincere in its promise to release innocent Muslims.
Recently Magsaysay award winner Sandeep Pandey who sat on a protest was also assured by the UP government that innocent Muslims will be released soon.
