Kota(Rajasthan): The demand for sacking of Rajasthan Social Justice Minister Mr. Madan Dilawar grew louder with Muslim Vikas Manch (MVM) joining in. Today members of Muslim Vikas Manch demonstrated in front of the district collectorate demanding that Mr. Dilawar be fired for his statement against Muslims and Christian Dalits.
President of MVM Salim Bharti along with Mohammad Miyan and score of supporters lead a march from the circuit house to the collectorate. MVM leaders alleged that the Mr. Dilawar is trying to create communal disharmony and he should public apologize for his irresponsible comment. They demanded that the Chief Minister Vasundhra Raje dismiss Madan Dilawar. A memorandum was handed over to the District Magistrate to be forwarded to the Governor and the Chief Minister of the state.
Congress Minority Cell which demonstrated yesterday dispatched letters to the President, the Prime Minister, and to the National Human Rights Commission drawing their attention to the statement by Mr. Dilawar where he mentioned that Christians and Muslim Dalits should be given reservation benefits only when they convert to Hinduism.
