Abu Dhabi : India’s Ambassador to the UAE T.P. Seetharam Sunday met the UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan and held discussions on bilateral issues.
The two officials exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest and discussed cooperation and ways to enhance relations between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by Nasser Lakhraibani Al Nuaimi, secretary general of the Office of the deputy prime minister, Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, director general of the headquarters affairs at Abu Dhabi Police and Saud Al Saadi, director of the secretariat of the minister of interior.
The UAE is home to around two million expatriate Indians.
