Europe should identify Iran’s vast capabilities, he underlined.

The main role of Iran’s Foreign Ministry is to safeguard the country’s national interests, he pointed out.

On the participation of Iran’s president in the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council summit, in Doha, he described it as a very significant event which occurred 26 years after the formation of the PGCC.

The ABC’s of diplomacy is to avoid tensions at the country’s borders — a policy fully adhered to by the 9th government in Iran in its dealing with neighbouring states, he said.
