Gaza : Two Palestinian militants were killed and four wounded on Tuesday in two separate airstrikes carried out by Israeli aircrafts on eastern Gaza City and northern Gaza Strip, medics said.
Mo’aweya Hassanein, chief of emergency and ambulance services in the Palestinian health ministry, told reporters that one was killed in eastern Gaza City and the other in northern Gaza Strip, adding that four were injured in the two airstrikes.
Hassanein said that 125 Palestinians were killed, including six who died of their wounds in Egyptian hospitals, and 380 injured during the ongoing Israeli military operation in Gaza, which started last Wednesday.
The ministry of health in the deposed Hamas government accused Egypt of failing to offer proper medical treatment to dozens of Palestinian casualties who were referred from Gaza to Egyptian hospitals on Sunday.
The health ministry said in a statement sent to reporters that the government would reconsider referring patients and wounded to receive medical treatment in Egypt if Cairo doesn’t offer them the proper treatment they need.
