Al-Enizi said, in a seminar he held Friday evening, that members of the previous National Assembly had conflicts with each other and with ministers.

He called future members of parliament to focus in legislations and issuing laws that benefit the people.

He said that the government should start large economic projects, calling the legislative and executive authorities to activate the vision of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of transforming Kuwait to a financial and commercial center.

Kuwait spends six percent of its income on the health sector, while other countries spend 15 percent, he pointed out.

He called the government to build new hospitals, give more attention to security issues and the issues of the disabled, increase the number of police officers, and solve the issue of unemployed expatriates.

Al-Enizi said that although 94 percent of the state’s area is not occupied, a vast number of citizens are waiting for housing care.
