Muslims defer goat sacrifice to respect Hindu sentiments

PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN. HOPE WE STAY THIS WAY AND SOLVE OUR INTERNAL ISSUES LIKE KASHMIR PEACEFULLY AMONGST OURSELVES.

It is in fact Shirk to postpone sacrifice ceremoney as a goodwill gesture.Muslims of pandharpur are ignorant about Islam and its sensitivities.Muslim women go to temple for Puja(payghadi)by bodycounts from their house.Also their population is very less.They do not have any other option other than to please majority community with such gestures regularly.
Its time muslim organisations focus this area for Islahi programmes.

The Muslims of Pandharpur in Solapur district has humiliated Indian constitution as well as Islam
by their artificial respect to the Hindus.If their respect was original they should gave up prayer also.Indian constitution guaranteed freedom of rituals in proper time in a befitting
manner but they denied it.(It is nothing but rejection of givers donation).Secondly,It is disobedience to order of Allah for the sake of selves interest and fame from the fellow men.
Most of the non-Muslim's belief is " man is greater than all" where as Muslim's belief is Allah is greater than all.It is the only difference between Muslim and non-Muslim.

During Kartiki Ekadashi, peoples gathered in pandharpur for ‘Puja’ and we being a Muslim, supporting their 'Shirk' by upholding the Biggest Sunnah of Ibrahim in the name of sentiments. Is it Islam? or are we Muslims? Instead we should says “Inni wajjahtu waj-hiya lilla-zee fataras samawati wal ardha hannifan- wama ana minal mushriqeen” (I have turned my full attention towards the Supreme Being, Who has created the heavens and the earth, and I am not one of those who associate partners with Him). If Namaz-e-Eid will hurt their sentiment will you postponed it for Next Day? and in todays situation i think 70% Hindus eat mutton and 50% hindus eat Beef then what type of sentiment prevent us to make a sacrifice of animals. the only thing which we should take care is blood, viscera, bones and other body part of the animal should not be thrown outside openly. Carcass disposal should be proper and hygienic.

1. This is not good u should do what is told in Quran no one is above it. If u respect there religious sentiments then even they should help out in this. As per the above thing this is not expectable in ISLAM. You should love Allah this is what Eid AL-Adha is all about “ Allahu-Akbar, Allahu-Akbar, Allahu-Akbar. La ilaha illa-lah wallahu-Akbar. Allahu-Akbar wa-lillahil-hamd, which translates to: "Allah (God) is the Greatest (3 times); there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. Allah is the Greatest and to Him are due all praises.".
2. this shows where we stand in INDIA i never understood this concept that u should see other religious sentiment & sacrifice ur own sentiments .
I wrote as it hurt the most..............that is what told in Quran if u do not follow islam & do not ask for help from Allah it will never come(& then we say oh Allah is not helping us)..........My request to the editor of the Colum is that please do not write this type of article on this forum Please.............
As it not justify in any religion to respect other sentiments & forget about your own…..

PANDHARPURIAN MUSLIMS DESERVE CONGRATULATIONS FOR THEIR NOBLE GESTURE. HOPE THE NON-MUSLIMS THERE WILL RECIPROCATE WITH EQUAL WARMTH AND REGARD.

WE ARE FREE TO PRACTISE OUR RELIGION, CULTURE AND TRADITION.
