Dubai : Union National Bank (UNB) has announced its signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dubai’s e-government to facilitate e-payment services to the bank’s customers.
The agreement will enable all UNB customers to settle payments to Dubai government organizations electronically, including settling utility bills, police fines, in addition to recharging Salik tags.
By signing this agreement UNB becomes the only bank in Abu Dhabi to offer this facility to its clients. UNB also provides its clients with the service of paying their Utility (Electricity & Water) bills as well as Etisalat bills through the internet.
“Our agreement with Dubai’s e-government reflects our efforts to facilitate all banking transactions for our customers and our strategy of adopting cutting edge technologies in all our services which will enable us to better serve them”, commented Mr. Mohammad Nasr Abdeen, CEO of UNB.
