Sonia Gandhi in hospital with chest infection

New Delhi, Jan 1 (IANS) United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson Sonia Gandhi was early Tuesday admitted to a hospital here after complaining of chest pain.

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital chairman B.K. Rao said: “Mrs. Sonia Gandhi came to our hospital with cough and a light breathing problem. She has a chest infection.”

Rao added that her treatment has begun and her condition is stable.
