Hyderabad : Pressmart, a new media delivery partner for newspapers and magazines published in 21 countries, Thursday announced the appointment of Myles M Fuchs, as president, North America, to expand the company's presence in the North American publishing market.
Fuchs will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing efforts for all Pressmart products in the American and Canadian markets, said a company statement here.
"Myles brings to this position a wealth of significant sales and marketing experience that will further strengthen Pressmart's position as the dominant e-paper and library digitisation service provider on a global scale," said Sanjeev Gupta, Chief Executive Officer of Pressmart.
"This is an exciting time to join Pressmart, which is emerging as a major player in the high-growth e-paper and the lucrative library digitisation market, and continues to multiply its customer base worldwide," Fuchs said.
Pressmart partners more than 120 publishing clients around the world, including the Trinity Mirror, CNBC European Magazine, Hammerville Magazines, Business Weekly, World Association of Newspapers, IKEA, Hindustan Times and Mint.
The company's "ePaper" solution is considered the industry's most advanced solution for publishing the electronic edition of daily newspapers, magazines or any other periodical or publication on the web.
Pressmart is a subsidiary of Bodhtree Consulting Limited, an ISO certified firm with presence in India, USA and South East Asian countries.
