New Delhi : Outgoing President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, who leaves office July 25, will bid adieu to parliament Monday.
Kalam will address MPs in his last speech at the high domed Central Hall where he had last outlined the government's policies to all MPs in a joint address this February.
As president, this will be Kalam's last visit to parliament before he moves into 10, Rajaji Marg July 25 when India's first woman president Pratibha Patil takes oath.
For Kalam, who said he would be leaving Rashtrapati Bhavan with two suitcases, it will be a moment to cherish when he addresses the elected representatives.
