Macau : Indian cueists Manan Chandra, Yasin Merchant and Alok Kumar defeated Saudi Arabia 3-2 to claim the snooker bronze medal in the second Asian Indoor Games here.
The Indians had scored a fine win over fancied Thailand in the quarter finals, but came a cropper against Hong Kong in the semi-finals Wednesday.
The Indian team however salvaged a medal by winning their bronze medal play-off.
In an earlier match India had blanked Sri Lanka 3-0.
Hong Kong faces China in the gold medal clash.
