MOSCOW, Oct 6 (KUNA) — Russian President said Saturday members of the Joint Defense Treaty would receive Russian weapons at reduced price.
Putin, who was speaking in Dushanbe in an address marking the end of a summit of member states in the Joint Defense Treaty, said participants in the summit agreed to all the items related to the cooperation agreement.
Participants included representatives of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan. Armenia, Moldova, and Ukraine.
