20 Palestinian refugees injured in Iraq-Syrian border blaze

Baghdad : At least twenty Palestinian refugees were injured on Saturday as an enormous fire broke out in al-Tanf camp for refugees in the Iraqi-Syrian borders, sources from the camp said.

They added that thirteen refugees suffered serious burns and seven others bruised by overcrowding, run, after the flee of refugees from tents which came by fire.

The sources mentioned that eleven families were affected by the blaze, which counts about three thirty tents.

The total number of refugees in the camp approximately mounted to 340 refugees, after forcibly relocated from Iraq, fearing the brutality of some armed militias opposed to the Palestinian presence in this country.
