Ankara : An Iraqi security delegation has arrived to participate in the anti-Kurdish Workers Party (PKK) committee meeting.
The Iraqi delegation, headed by Shirwan Al-Waeli, will hold discussions with the Turkish Foreign Ministry and the military leadership in the country to find means to deal with the PKK.
The meeting will discuss the implementation of the Sept 28, 2006 security agreement between both states.
Turkey is considering economic sanctions on northern Iraq if talks with the Iraqi delegation fails to reach a solid outcome regarding the uprooting of the PKK.
