He made the remark upon arrival Friday evening from his six-day tour to the United States, Bolivia and Venezuela.

Referring to the 62nd UN General Assembly session, he said it was a good opportunity to present views of the Iranian nation.

President Ahmadinejad addressed the assembly on Tuesday.

Delivering a speech at Columbia University, and holding discussions with a number of American Muslim, Jewish and Christian leaders were among his other programs in New York.

On the Columbia University president’s insult to the Iranian president, he said the incident revealed both Iran’s innocence and the hostility of the enemies of the Iranian nation.

Although everything had been prepared for holding a mock trial to damage the image of the Iranian nation, the righteousness of the Iran’s stand was proved to the world nations.

By making a big mistake, they lost the credibility of their bullying system, as well as the prestige of their university and their mass media, he added.
