Moscow : Three people were killed and three others were injured Friday when an oil refinery exploded in the hilly terrain of Stavropol, Southern Russia, The Russian News Agency Itar-Tass said.
The agency added that fire and rescue operations managed to put the fire out. The refinery manufacturing the chemical polypropylene, was owned by Russian oil company Lukoil.
