Ahmedabad : South Africa defeated India by an innings and 90 runs in the second cricket Test here at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Motera here Saturday.
India were bowled out for 328 in 94.2 overs in the second innings on the third day. South Africa declared their first innings at the overnight score of 494 for seven after bowling outing India for a paltry 76 in the first innings.
The visitors go one-up in the three-match series.
