Paris : The Olympic torch relay here resumed Monday after a brief interruption when security officials extinguished the flame for safety reasons amid anti-China protests.
The police arrested at least four protesters who tried to stop the relay.
The Paris leg of the run followed a 28-km route which began from Eiffel Tower and ended at Stade Charlety in the south of the French capital.
