Islamabad : At least 11 people, including eight security personnel, were wounded in three explosions in Southwestern Baluchistan province of Pakistan, said police Saturday.
Suspected militants targeted the vehicle of a local landlord with remote-controlled bomb in Dera Bugti district, police sources told KUNA.
They said the explosion wounded landlord Abdul Rehman Bugti. In a second incident in Dera Murad Jamali district, a jeep hit a landmine with the explosion wounding two citizens.
Also, a Frontier Core (FC) vehicle hit a landmine in Lehri area that wounded eight security personnel.
Sources said police launched a security operation in the area and have arrested nine suspects.
