During the course of the press conference, Mittal mentioned, “Something which I am looking forward to is the I-League.”

The I-League is India’s professional league and is in its first year. Currently 10 teams are playing against one another on a home-and-away basis in the league, which is now sponsored by the Oil and Natural Gas Commission (ONGC).

Sources say Mittal may even outbid the ONGC for future title-rights to the I-League.
