Aligarh : The University of Wisconsin has agreed to receive students from the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) this summer.
The decision followed the visit of a four-member delegation from the Wisconsin university to AMU, a university official said.
The two sides discussed possibilities of cooperation in academic pursuits. The students’ tour of the US is to be funded by an America-based alumnus of the AMU.AMU vice chancellor P.K. Abdul Azis will also visit Wisconsin in June.
