Gaza, Palestine : The number of victims because of Israeli siege on the Gaza Strip increased to 216 victims, after the death of a citizen who was prevented from traveling abroad for treatment.
The Peoples Committee to confront the Siege said in a statement today that the patient Maher Mohamed Mabhouh – the 43 years old patient from Jabalya refugee camp died of cancer last night due to lack of treatment and he was not allowed to travel abroad for treatment.
The committee warned that there are hundreds of patients at the critical health situation and must be allowed to travel for medical treatment.
