Ankara : Turkish air force bombed on Tuesday the PKK (Kurdistan Worker’s Party) lines in the mountainous area of Kandil, north Iraq, occupied by British and US forces.
The air raid aimed at a cave where members of the PKK took refuge and the number of casualties is unknown, reports the army command.
Turkish forces have bombed since February 2008 more than 20 objectives of the separatists that rose up in arms to fight for the independence of 12 million Kurds.
