Kuala Lumpur : India defeated South Africa by 12 runs via the Duckworth-Lewis in the rain affected final of the Under-19 World Cup at the Kinrara Academy Oval here Sunday.
Put in to bat first, India were bowled out for 159 in the first innings. South Africa’s chase was interrupted by rain and were given a rain revised target of 116 runs from 25 overs. They could make only 103 from the allotted 25 overs.
