“As there has been an offer for the EU plus three plus three dialogues, we urged all concerned parties to use opportunity for the dialogues,” Dino told a press conference at the State Palace here.

The spokesman said that the EU plus three (France, Germany, United Kingdom), plus three (Russia, China and the United States) dialogues had been offered after the issuance of the recent UN resolution of additional sanction on Iran.

Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was to discuss the Iranian nuclear issue with the Iranian President Mahmud Ahmadinejad and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei during his visit to the country on March 10 to 11, said Dino.

“I think the recent resolution of the United Nations (on additional sanction on Iran) must be discussed by the leaders,” he said.

The spokesman reaffirmed Indonesian stand of supporting Iranian nuclear development for the peaceful purpose and Indonesia wanted Iran to persistently and transparently to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Indonesia abstained on the recent additional UN resolution of additional sanction on Iran.
