Ramallah : Israeli Army troops stormed into a society offering support to Palestinian prisoners in Jenin and confiscated items and material on Thursday.
More than 15 military vehicles stormed into Jenin, surrounded the society headquarters, and confiscated computers and files.
Israeli soldiers took over several buildings in the city, transforming them into military barracks, and they later conducted house-to-house search operations looking for people on the wanted list.
Meanwhile, Five Palestinian children, 14-16 years of age, were detained by the Israeli troops in Fahma village near Jenin, and taken to an unknown destination.
Israeli forces stationed at Al-Hamra checkpoint shutdown the whole area, arresting several Palestinians and banning them from crossing.
Israeli troops also imposed a curfew on Salfeet region, in the heart of the West Bank between Ramallah and Nablus. Israeli settlers were allowed to enter the town to perform religious rituals.
The Israelis imposed a curfew on all Palestinian lands since yesterday as the Jewish state marks Holocaust Memorial Day.
