New Delhi : Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PDL) is planning a new luxury mall complex in the heart of Delhi at Connaught Place.
The company has acquired a plot at 27, Kasturba Gandhi Marg through a recently formed subsidiary Primetime Realtors Pvt Ltd and is proposing to build luxury shopping and state-of-the-art offices.
The development activity would start immediately after obtaining all necessary approvals.
The mall will showcase a host of selected major international and Indian luxury brands, across categories such as apparel, jewellery, accessories, home and electronics.
Pradeep Jain, chairman of PDL, said: “Although Connaught Place is known for its super mega shopping experience, the mall that we are planning will create a mark for itself with its distinctive design, architecture and a unique shopping experience in the area.”
“With an investment of around Rs.3 billion ($75 million), the mall will offer luxurious experience in fashion, food, beauty and art and will consist of several dedicated zones,” he added.
“As a first step, our focus is to attract well-positioned luxury brands and thereby maximising return to the footfalls,” Jain said.
