New Delhi : The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (ICSE) will declare its Class 10 and 12 examination results Tuesday, while the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce part of its Class 12 results on Wednesday.
“We are going to declare the results of both the classes on Tuesday,” G. Arathoon, additional secretary of ICSE Council, told IANS Monday.
Over 130,000 students appeared for the Class 10 and 12 ICSE examinations held earlier this year.
The CBSE will announce the Class 12 board examination results in two phases. The results of three zones – Ajmer, Panchkula and Chennai – would be declared Wednesday.
The results of the remaining three zones – Delhi, Guwahati and Allahabad – would come Thursday.
“The three zones are declaring their results on Wednesday but a national level declaration, including all six zones, would be made on Thursday. The results for the foreign schools would be announced with the Delhi zone,” said a CBSE official.
This year, over 548,000 students appeared for the Class 12 board exams both in India and abroad.
