Suicide bomber wounds 4 Afghan soldiers, 1 translator

Kabul, Afghanistan : An official says a suicide bomber in eastern Afghanistan has wounded four Afghan troops and a civilian translator.

Provincial government spokesman Ghamai Mohammadyar says the bomber struck troops on patrol in Paktika province Monday.

He says four Afghan soldiers and a civilian translator working with the U.S.-led coalition troops have been wounded. The bomber is dead, according to a report of the Associated Press.
