Malappuram (Kerala) : Five people, including three women, were killed and 50 others injured when two buses collided on a national highway in Kerala Thursday evening.
The accident occurred at Tenhippalam near here. The dead include the driver of one of the buses. Two among the dead are yet to be identified, the police said.
The police suspect that excessive speeding caused the head-on collision of the buses.
