Asked by reporters about the recent statement by Iran’s envoy to IAEA that if Iran receives its supply of nuclear fuel, Tehran will change its course of action, he said there are no rules or regulations at the international level which can provide such guarantees and even the IAEA has been unable to do so.

“We are quite disappointed by such developments because prior to the Islamic Revolution, Iran had invested some one billion dollars in a French company but France, the US and Germany failed to act according to their pledges and commitments. Therefore it is quite natural for the world to give us the right not to trust the West anymore,” he said.
