Hyderabad : Radha Realty Corp, a leading realty developer in South India, Thursday announced launch of U31, a single family homes gated community project in Hyderabad.
The firm claimed that the project, designed by internationally acclaimed Australian architect Andrew Maynard, would set a new benchmark in ultra luxury living.
The limited 31 edition ultra luxury town houses will be built on nine acres in Kondapur at a cost of Rs.2.75 billion. The 19 courtyard houses and 12 pavilion houses, priced at Rs.120 million onwards, will be surrounded by greenery and water streams.
The developers said the project, to be completed in three years, would be difficult to replicate.
N. Ravinderanath Reddy, managing director, Radha Realty Crop, told a news conference that each of the four storied homes will have a property area of 1,250 square yards and a built-up area of 11,800 square feet.
Each home will have five bed rooms, private swimming pool, exotic interiors, a designer home entertainment room, a private elevator, five car parking spaces, accommodation for up to eight domestic helpers and a bulk storage garage.
“The project offers multiple benefits of convenience, luxury, comfort, health and security, negating the ills of modern living, apart from the biggest USP of ultra exclusivity,” he said. USP stands for unique selling proposition.
The firm claimed that four houses were booked even before the formal launch of the project.
This will be the fourth project of Radha Realty in Hyderabad. Its three projects are under construction. Under the first two projects, the company is building 400 houses, costing Rs.6.5 million to Rs.25 million.
The third project of 300 row houses is also expected to be completed in two years. The houses in this project costs Rs.6.5 million to Rs.9.5 million.
Radha Realty is building a housing project in Bangalore and plans to launch one in Chennai. It has a land bank of 700 acres, mostly in Hyderabad.
“The economic slowdown is having no impact on the premium market as evident from the fact that most of the houses in our projects were sold out,” said Y. Maheedhar Reddy, managing director of Tempus, a sister concern of Radha Realty.
