Islamabad : Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Friday said the victory of PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari in the presidential election will help create harmony among various state institutions. “We will make the parliament supreme”, Gilani told newsmen after hosting a dinner in honour of parliamentarians from FATA here at PM House. The Prime Minister said, “all forces are in one direction. They want to really contribute something to the nation. They want development in the country.”
Gilani said there will be a change and his government will make the parliament supreme.
“You will see a healthy change…, The parliament has to take decisions on 58-2b and the 17th amendment.”
