New Delhi : Nepal Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” Tuesday invited Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Rajnath Singh to visit Pasupatinath temple and Janakpur in his country.
Prachanda was talking to Rajnath Singh during his first official visit to India as the prime minister of Nepal.
He said India and Nepal’s relations go back to Puranik era of Ram and Sita, and nobody can break them.
Prachanda said there had been some misunderstandings regarding his Maoist-led government among certain sections of the BJP, and he wanted to clear these by meeting top BJP leaders.
Prachanda took over as Nepal’s first prime minister of the democratically elected government, after the abolition of royalty, only a month ago.
