President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, together with a number of other ranking officials, will take part in special ceremonies which are due to be held in the historical city of Isfahan in the central part of the country on the occasion.

Based on what the head of Iran’s National Atomic Energy, Reza Aqazadeh, had said about yet another piece of “nuclear good news” during the inauguration ceremony of the initial phase of the Bushehr atomic power plant, a Fuel Manufacturing Plant is expected to be officially inaugurated in the city.

A new generation of centrifuges is to be tested the same day as well.

President Ahmadinejad designated April 9 as the National Day of Nuclear Technology in 2007 when Iran was celebrating its achievements in the production of uranium and the yellow cake.
