Islamabad : A bus carrying 35 passengers fell into Pakistan’s Indus river Thursday, a media report said.
The bus was travelling from Rawalpindi to Skardu and it plunged into river Indus near Malopi Rando, Geo TV reported.
According to reports, the bus fell into the river due to over-speeding and brake failure.
A large number of people and police started rescue operations at the accident site. The majority of the passengers belonged to Punjab.
