“If the oppressors of the world continue their past crimes, they will surely suffer the same fate as Bush’s,” the Iranian leader said while addressing thousands of people in Yazd province Wednesday. He criticised the “imperialist policies of some Western powers”.

“You are not qualified to lead the world. If the opportunity comes and a referendum is held, nations throughout the globe will vote against you (US),” he said.

Ahmadinejad pointed out that people across the world would not accept the “politics without ethics” of the US.

“You are the basis of insecurity in the world and not qualified to establish peace and security in the world (referring to Iraq, Afghanistan, the Middle East and Africa),” he said.

“Why are you (US) stockpiling weapons of mass destruction if you are looking for peace? Are you going to use them to establish peace, security and justice? Or slaughtering nations?” he said.
