Gaza : A Palestinian journalist died of wounds he sustained after the Israeli army forces bombarded his house east of Gaza city on Friday, Palestinian medical sources said.
Alaa Murtaji, a journalist in the local Al-Buraq TV station, died of his wounds in Al-Shifa hospital, the sources told KUNA.
The Israeli tanks penetrated into Al-Zaitoun neighborhood in Gaza and bombed Murtaji’s house causing injuries to the journalist, they added.
Murtaji’s mother was also injured in the bombing, said the sources.
The Israeli army forces killed journalist Ehab Al-Wahidi after shelling his house yesterday.
Earlier today, two Palestinian journalists were injured in a shelling while working on top of a building in Gaza.
