Mumbai : Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan Friday announced that the Shiney Ahuja rape case will be tried by a fast track court.
Shiney was arrested Sunday after his teenaged housemaid complained to police that he had raped her.
Chavan said as per preliminary investigations, there is a probability of rape. The victim will be given full help to rehabilitate herself, he added.
