Tehran : President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Thursday stressed the importance of implementing justice fully to establish an Islamic-based system.
“By the time justice is not implemented fully in social relations, grounds will not be completely prepared for development of human beings,” Ahmadinejad said in a meeting with ulema and clergymen of Semnan province.
President Ahmadinejad and his cabinet members arrived in the provincial capital city of Semnan, his birthplace, Wednesday morning on the 60th and last visit to different Iranian provinces after touring each two times.
The President said that ulema shoulder a heavy and effective responsibility to serve the nation and added that Iranians have a strong bond with clergymen.
He said the government did its utmost to materialize ideals of the Islamic Revolution and to promote the Islamic culture and thought.
President Ahmadinejad launched an initiative to visit different Iranian provinces since he took office in 2005 with the aim of becoming closely familiar with problems of the ordinary people.
