New Delhi: US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs William Burns Friday said the Obama administration would seriously pursue the concerns raised with it on the issue of Indian officials bribed by US companies.
“We will certainly pursue seriously any concerns raised with us,” Burns said in response to a question whether the US administration had carried out any investigation in this regard.
However, he said he was not familiar with the details of the issue.
“Fair and transparent practices are the best way to pursue investments,” Burns said.
