Panaji : Goa is “looking at banning” the Hindu group Sanatan Sanstha, whose two members were killed in an explosion three days ago, a senior state official said here Monday evening.
Advocate General Subodh Kanta told reporters: “The state is looking at banning the Sanatan Sanstha. The decision could be taken tomorrow (Tuesday).”
“We are also looking at whether it would be a central or state ban,” he added.
Two members of the Hindu group were killed Friday evening when a bag full of explosives they were carrying went off.
