Patna: Al-Shifa Blood Donors Club held its 9th blood donation camp yesterday here at Markaz-e-Islami. Braving heavy rain about 20 people lined up to donate blood for the poor needy patients. The camp was organized under the supervision of a team from Patna Medical College & Hospital (PMCH).
Mr Shaukat Ali, convenor of the club, informed that this was the 9th such camp organized by the club in the last two years. In total, 17 donors including some members of Students Islamic Organization of India donated their blood. PMCH delegation appreciated the move of the club.
