Chandigarh: Two men and a woman have been booked for allegedly duping a man of Rs.70 lakh over a land deal in the Mohali district of Punjab, an official said here Saturday.
The Economic Offence Wing (EOW) of Chandigarh police booked Kanwaljit Singh, Gurcharan Kaur and Surinder Singh on the complaint of Om Parkash who was duped of Rs.70 lakh.
Prakash was to buy a land in a village in Mohali district, around 20 km from here.
