New Delhi: Mr. Keyoor Bakshi has been elected as the President of International Federation of Company Secretaries (IFCS) for the year 2010 at the sixth Assembly Meeting of the IFCS held at Tanzania.
A graduate in Commerce & Laws, Mr Keyoor Bakshi has been President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Central Council Member of the Institute.
He has over 30 years of experience in the areas of corporate laws, finance and management. His areas of expertise include Corporate Governance, Corporate & Securities Compliance Management, Due Diligence, Mergers, Acquisitions & Takeovers, Public Offerings of Securities, and appearances before the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Company Law Board, Consumer Courts, etc.
Notably, ICSI is the Founder Member of IFCS which was established in 2004 with the objective of development and promotion of the profession of Company Secretaries, best Company Secretarial Practices and professional administration at global level.
